HOT AND SPICY at
Park Student Union Bar

On October 24th 1997 I went to a disco and mini concert at the Park Student Union Bar. The concert was free and was by a band called The Spicy Girls (which as you may have guessed was a Spice Girls tribute band). I call this a mini concert because it only lasted about thirty minutes as they only did about six numbers.

When the band came on stage I realised I had been sitting near to them whilst having my tea.

The songs they performed included "Wannabe", "Say You'll Be There", "2 Become 1", "Mama", and "Who Do You Think You Are". I enjoyed the concert but thought it was too short.

After the performance I spoke to the Girls, and even had a kiss from one of them.
